All content, features, and functionality of Affinitee, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and the questionnaire methodology, are the exclusive property of Affinitee and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Affinitee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that matches will lead to successful relationships. Our compatibility scores are based on questionnaire responses and should be considered as one of many factors in relationship decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affinitee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
